Chief Painter of the Republic, Yuyi Liu, sends New Year greetings to the people of the world

During this Spring Festival, Master Yuyi Liu expresses his emotions through brush and ink, writing the upper couplet "The Golden Snake Offers Blessings," the lower couplet "Fortune, Longevity, and Happiness," and the horizontal scroll "May the Nation Be Stable and the People at Peace," extending New Year's wishes to all people around the world, as well as bestowing beautiful aspirations for the prosperity of the nation and the well-being of its citizens.

 

Yuyi Liu, born in 1940 in Nanjing, Jiangsu, is the Chief Painter of the Republic and an internationally renowned artist. He has created a series of influential works that highlight the "glorious beauty" of the Chinese nation, including "A Peaceful Night," "A Thousand Years of Greatness," "Long Live the People," and "The Founding Ceremony." With his paintbrush, he expresses his love for his country, art, and the people of the world.
