On August 31, 2024, under the guidance of the Hong Kong Bauhinia International Film Festival Association, the Organizing Committee of the Yangtze River Delta, together with the Famous Film and Television Media (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. held the launch ceremony of "Love the Country, Love Hong Kong, Love the Film" at the Celebrity International Hotel in Changzhou. This marks the third Hong Kong Bauhinia International Film Festival awards officially launched in Changzhou.

The Hong Kong Bauhinia International Film Festival, approved by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, is jointly established by the Hong Kong Bauhinia International Film Festival Association, the Hong Kong International Film Association, the Hong Kong Bauhinia International Media Academy and the International Film Magazine, and holds an annual theme festival of Chinese new mainstream films. It is mainly to promote the development of the film industry in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, and jointly build the Chinese Dream. The establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Organizing Committee of the Hong Kong Bauhinia International Film Festival and the establishment of an office in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, is a powerful embodiment of the great integration and development of Hong Kong and the mainland.

The event was divided into two sections: the opening ceremony of the Changzhou Office of the Yangtze River Delta Organizing Committee in the morning, and the film and television culture exchange and press conference in the afternoon.
