On September 17, 2023, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of national leader's initiative to build the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road", Dr. Zhang Lingxiang（Kelly ZHANG), a quintessential founder of the Asia-Europe Union, a senior specialist in the International Compliance Management Expert Database of the China Business Federation, a co-founder of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Port Economic Belt Federation, and a founder of Global Symbiosis Business School., was invited to attend the 10th anniversary of Sino-German cooperation high-grade activity and President Wulff's welcoming banquet in the Belt and Road Initiative sponsored by the National Policy Think Tank Research Institute and the Global Entrepreneur (Beijing) Cultural Exchange Center in Shenzhen.

Dr. Zhang Lingxiang, who has been deeply involved in international education and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries for many years, said that the content of fifth collective learning of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC of China on September 16, 2023 was to build a powerful country in education. Making a comprehensive survey of human history, a strong education makes a strong country, and all the world powers are education powers. High-level education is an important support for achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and -improvement and an effective path to promote the common prosperity of the whole people.

Mr. Christian Wulff, an ex-president of the Federal Republic ofGermany (winner of the 2022 Chinese Government Friendship Award), highlighted the strengths of German craftsmanship spirit, vocational education and the cultivation of application-oriented talents at the Presidential Roundtable Dialogue-professionalization and specialization thematic conference, which is worth learning from in China.

Since the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, China and Germany have gone through an extraordinary course of development, and the two parties have supported each other through international vicissitudes. Telling the story of Sino-German friendship well and upgrading Sino-German relationships to an all-weather strategic partnership are in line with the common expectations of the two peoples and conform to the general trend of historical development. Germany, as the leader of the European Union (EU), plays a very important role as a benchmark, and Sino-German friendship is imperative. The key points are what to do next after the pandemic, and how to avoid Sino-German cooperation becoming embroiled in Sino-US disputes, which will influence cooperation between the two sides，we sincerely look forward to world peace and common development.

It is hoped that Sino-German friendship will give full play to the complementary technological advantages between China and Germany. Germany, for instance, has strengths in high-end machine tools and machinery, while China has advantages in energy and electric automobiles. These two advantages complement each other and learn from others' strong points to offset one's weaknesses. As both ends of the countries of the "Belt and Road Initiative", China and Germany expect win-win cooperation and common development between enterprises of both sides.
